Hello, welcome to my website,

I make culinary and outdoors knives in my small workshop in the Co,Cork, Ireland suburbs.

My grandfather was a steel worker by trade, but also loved working with wood, he is the reason I started working with my hands. I loved nothing better than hanging out with him in his shed while he worked on his next project, as i got older, he even let me help! Although, I spent most of the time pestering him with questions! The man had the patience of a saint to deal with my constant talking. ha!

My journey into knife making had its beginnings when he handed me a penknife as a kid. That knife sparked a lifelong interest and I have been making, or attempting to make at least, the very best knives I can ever since.

I Like making a wide variety of styles and types of knives, as I like to challenge myself to learn different techniques, to constantly improve my skillset.

I use a wide range of stainless, high carbon and laminated steels. Handle materials are sourced worldwide and range from stabilized exotic woods to composite materials, to everything in-between.

Each knife is made by myself, I take great pride in my work.

The aim is to make a tool that not only serves its purpose well, but is also beautiful to admire and a joy to use.
