Handmade culinary and outdoors knives from my small workshop in Co,Cork, Ireland.

My journey into knife making had its beginnings when my Grandfather handed me a penknife as a kid. That knife sparked a lifelong interest and I have been making the very best knives I can ever since.

I make a wide variety of styles and types of knives. I like to challenge myself to learn different techniques, to constantly improve my skillset.

I use a wide range of stainless, high carbon and laminated steels. Handle materials are sourced worldwide and range from stabilized exotic woods to composite materials, to everything in-between.

Each knife is made by myself, I take great pride in my work.

My aim, is to make a tool that not only serves its purpose well, but is also beautiful to admire and a joy to use.
